My squadron's intent and the stated description of our in-game faction is to leave bubble-space and form a colony in a galactic region which does not currently have any permanent human presence. I firmly believe that the supporters of the Pleiades Concordat have already set the precedent that allows me to make this request, given that their successful community goal earlier this year was to build megaships for one-way travel outside of civilized space. Their stated intention is to more or less eventually destroy the one ship that was requested, and in response the community came together and provided them with the materials to not only build that ship, but two additional vessels. I firmly believe that if given the opportunity THKI could expand on that principle thru a community goal to build our OWN megaship for The Ken'Tarii Mandate, with the intention to form an outpost and bring a centre of human activity to a galactic region that currently has none to speak of.
