I will be the first one to admit that I come across very negative to Frontier Developments and I apologize for this. This comes from the frustration of the issues they we repeatedly run in to in Elite, with that said I really do want to see Elite succeed on all accounts and am willing to help to make it better.
So Frontier would you be open to setting up a “User Group” of sorts to provide feedback on the issues from a user perspective? As for who would be in the group, it would need to be based on a wide range of players from all groups / platforms. PVP, PVE, Solo and a range of time in game from new players to people with 1000’s of hours in Elite.
The objective would be to get the feedback directly from the players from their prospective.
As it appears that the forums lately, are not really helping or having any effect, again this is MY perception and that of a few others that I have talked too.
I know that choices need to be made on what can be fixed in the patch releases, but it seems like some of the Major bugs that have been reported multiple times in different releases are still not fixed, although You may not deem them a high priority, the players (or at least I do), I am sure that a lot of others feel the same way.
Examples:
1.) The match making server issues.
2.) The mat’s issues with them not spawning,
3.) Mission issues with the incorrect mats being awarded
4.) Issues with the Map in different resolutions.
