This is a fun DLC idea that came to mind while thinking back on Roller Coaster Tycoon 3. It's essentially a pack of concept roller coasters - most of which never made it to actual production, along with other rides that I strongly believe should be in Planet Coaster 2. Let me know what you think down in the comment section!

Let's kick things off with roller coasters:

Screaming Squirrel: If you set aside its flaws such as roughness and an unpleasant ride experience, this model is highly appealing for thrill seekers. (Old suggestion)

LSM launch coaster:
also known as Intamin Blitz, this is one of the most hyped for models out there. It became very famous after Velocicoaster was inaugurated at Universal Studios and is a must-have for a thrill rides DLC pack.

Pipeline roller coaster: This model is absolute insanity, and in Planet Coaster 2, it'd become one of the most extreme coasters in the catalog.

Vekoma new gen tilting coaster: Here's the catch, this one would include an updated version of the concept thrill lift that never got built.

Rotating Tower Coaster: Little to nothing is known about this never-built coaster, but it's one of the most original ones from RCT3.

Splitting Coaster: This one model is maybe one of the best concepts out there. The splitting coaster would be an insane addition to PlanCo2.

Now let's move on to the flat ride section. Here are five flats that I'd love to see implemented in Planet Coaster 2:

Topple Tower: This masterpiece of a flat ride is a must-have for Planet Coaster 2. Topple Towers are not only visually appealing but also truly one-of-a-kind. With the extensive customization tools provided by Frontier, this ride offers endless creative possibilities.

Kamikaze: I still don't get why this was in the announcement trailer of Planet Coaster but never made it into the game. Kamikaze is an iconic ride that should be implemented in the game this time around. I also think it'd be an awesome feature to be able to customize the text on top of each arm so, for instance, it'd come with the default name, but if you wanted, you could actually change the name while maintaining the whole aesthetic.

Avalanche: Also known as "Tundra Twister", this is one of the most unique Modial rides.

Evolution Imperator: Only a bunch of these were built by Roland Bussink. Unlike the FaFabbri "Evolution" model, Evolution Imperator is massive and has a capacity of 64 passengers per cycle.

Splash Over Top Spin: Let's complete the Top Spin family with this one. This is sort of like a double top spin, and it'd be an absolute beast in Planet Coaster 2, especially with the game's insane sound design which I'm a fan of.

So, this is my initial idea for a Thrill Rides Pack DLC for Planet Coaster 2. I'm really excited about the first DLC, and I hope Frontier takes these suggestions into consideration. I'm confident that the two DLC ideas I've posted so far would greatly make the game's ride catalog more varied and interesting.

YES, sorry, I got a lot of thoughts at once and got them mixed up and messed it up here. I'll fix that right away. Tundra Twister is the actual name, thanks for pointing that out, I don't know why I keep calling that Tundra Stomper, but eh, you get my idea lol.

no problem i am a big coaster and amusment idustry enthusiast i hope they add that ride to the game cause i have an idea for an area of my park for that ride

Absolutely, same here, though honestly I'm more of a flat ride nerd than a coaster enthusiast lol. By the way, what do you think of the other suggestions besides Avalanche?

Definitely. I think it'd be amazing to be able to select the default train orientation for coasters. Just imagine how cool it'd be to able to make recreations of The Jester from the old Six Flags New Orleans without cheats.

Honestly while the tower and splitter coasters were cool additions to RCT 3 I feel like they shouldn't really be added since there are no real work example, and they are essentially concept rides. Even the thrill lift would be something that is questionable as far as whether it should be added or not, but since the tilt coaster is resurging and it can just be an element of the coaster model so if it would be easy to add then why not. As far as the screaming squirrel you can literally just use the crazy mouse coaster model that's the first type and essentially make a screaming squirrel out of it, but taking time to add a whole new coaster type that could be spent on a better coaster model or ride just to make something that's main focus is long straightaways out and back is really not worth it. As far as the flat rides that's a cool selection, but if you're trying to include all the top spin variations then you should include the one with the arms that could rotate in opposite directions and stuff (I forgot the name of the model).

I agree with you on the Screaming Squirrel part. However, I have to disagree on the ride concept aspect. We already have Zetta Swing (Behemoth Swing 360) in-game, which is a Zamperla concept ride that hasn’t been built to date. So, including some concept rides isn’t far-fetched. As for the Top Spin variant you mentioned, if you’re referring to Zamperla’s Backflash, it’s already in-game under the name "Mecha Roller".

Uhm....I feel most enthusiast would riot, if you put on a thrill pack filled with 'gimmick' coasters, while we are still missing the new Macks (Stryker, Xtreme Spinner), Vekomas (Space Warp/Lech and Flying) and Intamins launch and swing launch coasters.

Oh, absolutely, but this is kind of a "sequel" to my other DLC idea that would feature spinning rides, including Mack's Xtreme Spinner. But you do have a point.

Speaking of Chance Rides, I'd love to see the Yo-Yo...

I just got back to this and oh my goodness, how in the world did I miss the opportunity to include Intamin Blitz? Well, thank goodness you can edit posts, so I just did.
