What would make Thrillville 3 great? What would you add, and/or change?

If Frontier were to make a "Thrillville 3" I would hope that it would be as some sort of expansion/add-on to Planet Coaster [yesnod] Frontier also made Disneys Kinectimals. Theres so many things they could do! Something where you can create a guest within a scenario that has specific objectives as well as the ability to play minigames. Some of the games could be simple like whack-a-mole or something, and I would like to see a playable minigolf, and possibly even laser tag. There could also be certain treasures to find, such as the passport/stamp collection from RCT3, or meeting different entertainers.
Maybe there could be a "worker" mode where you play as different staff employees. Imagine having to maintain a park while simultaneously chasing vandals, although that might be difficult with the amount of guests there are! Though, to really complete the experience, it would all have to include multiplayer with the ability to drive buggy mobiles around the map [up] And you would have to also maintain your guests food and rest meters or they would get sick and not run anymore lol
I'm hoping for Planet Lagoon, Planet Safari, and then Planet Thrillville with full VR!!

How about a new Thrillville type career mode for the console version of Planet Coaster? Basically, you tour the world helping form new theme parks. Coasters and track rides can only be built in stations and flat rides and shops can only be built in designated areas. You can talk to guests and even play games, as well as be the worker to help gain money.
