Thrust master T16000m fcs dual sticks swapped.

So some friends are I came back to ED last week and I broke out my set of dual T16000m fcs, the orange ones you can get in a bundle. We play fine all week and then I reboot my pc for a video card update and now my sticks are swapped. I don't use target software with them because the software is kind of confusing. I didn't use the drivers from thrust master until this point either and windows picked up fine and each one had its own inputs. After they were swapped I tried running target for one stick like I have in the past and when doing so that stick doesn't read any Input at all to windows. Both sticks work fine with thrustmasters drivers installed without target running but are still swapped. I've tried a few reboots and usb port swapping around after all this and they keep registering as swapped places. Not sure what to do at this point so I uninstalled target, kept the drivers, and redid my whole keymaps with the new swapped positions. Not sure if this new keymaps will persist or not yet.

Does anyone have any advice on this? I thought this issue was fixed a while ago as I can't seem to find any new information on it.

should do as long as the sticks are plugged into the same ports b4 you start the game and they are not suffering from volts drop which may cause them to swap id
the bindings log file may show evidence of swapping
so try a powered usb hub on the sticks if that's the case or turn off there lights etc

Alright I'll look I to this and see what I can find. Both sticks were always plugged in and I didn't have an issue for a week or so. I could use a powered hub for my desk anyway so off to amazon I go xD

though if it does swap rather than change swap the bindings you should be able to close the game (without visting the controls section)
unplug a stick and reboot so windows sees the other stick as device 1 instead of two and then plug back in and then restart I would have thought

That's clever I haven't tried that yet. I'll give it a shot next time it happens. I don't turn off my desktop very often but I'll do some testing.
