thrustmaster Hotas One Controls

I'm using the thrustmaster Hotas one for my controls and the one thing I can't figure out for the life of me or it's a glitch is how to navigate through the social tab i.e. where you get critical messages and so forth. Thank you for your help in advance.

I Logged back on yesterday for maybe the first time in 1.5y rs. I play in VR and Im sure I used to be able to do this easily with the same Hotas as you have. My firegroups were all cleared so maybe its a keybind issue after the client update???

I will have a play with it properly this weekend but I remember it being really easy to do?!?!?!?!
