Thrustmaster T Flight 4 with Brook Super Converter?

I was curious if anyone has tried playing ED on the Xbox One using a Brook Super Converter (http://www.brookaccessory.com/detail/03946072/) coupled with a PS4 Thrustmaster T Flight HOTAS 4 or a PS3 Thrustmaster T Flight HOTAS X?

I have found some info online with folks using the Ace Combat 6 HORI controller for Xbox 360 with the Brook Super Converter, but thought the Thrustmaster T Flight might be a better option if the Super Converter could actually handle it.

Looks interesting, I've never tried it though.

I would guess it comes with an XB1 app that allows you to map PS4 joystick inputs (e.g. up, down, left, right) to XB1 gamepad input.

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned it on the XB1 forums before?

EDIT: Looking at their website, compatibility seems quite limited with no mention of Ace Combat 6 HORI or Thrustmaster T Flight. Caveat emptor :)

Even if it's possible to trick the xbox into thinking a thrustmaster or whatever is a regular controller, it'll still be limited to the number of axis & controls as the normal controller has. So you won't be able to use a stick rig at anything close to its proper potential.

To use a stick rig properly, you need the drivers & then the software (elite) needs to be built to work with said drivers.

I watched a couple youtubes for using the CronusMax on an xbox one. Aside from having to have a computer hooked up to the setup for the drivers, there was a slight lag in the control reaction. I am still really tempted to run a setup like that though.

True, true. But it might be possible to get a reasonable result nonetheless. I think it would depend on how well the microcontroller on the USB dongle interprets the inputs.

I would be happy to give it a go but there does not appear to be any joystick support according to their website.

Hardware to old.
