Thrustmaster x binds for newbie on pc

OK about to love to pc from xbox as I find flight control on controller quite limiting.

The main reason I am dojngbthus us so I can use a hotus controller which I should have shortly.

However I am trying to get my head around binds and installation and even how to find them.

Is there a universal go yi one that the majority use as the more I look the more confused I get.

Any help would be spreciated on this.

There is a default preset control scheme for the Thrustmaster HOTAS-X (the file is called ThrustMasterTFlightHOTASX.binds but you don't need to know that) - so when you go to Options \ Controls it will either be already selected or if not you can select it from the drop-down list.

If you want more from your bindings (control assignments) you should bookmark edrefcard ( https://edrefcard.info/ ) where you can produce a printable graphic of your binds - you can also look-up some alternatives that other people have posted on there. *

So - no need to "get you head round" anything - the binds are assigned by you (or by default) in the game's Options \ Controls screen(s).

If you find issues with the game not recognising your HOTAS or anything else more arcane, just make a new thread on here, lots of help abounds.
