Ticket to authorized people

Hello im newcomer and i want to ask a question how can i ticket to authorized people for change cmdr name?
i realized i was opened the post in wrong location and i cant delete it

You could try - https://support.frontier.co.uk/view.php but I am unsure you can change the name without a save reset. It says that at the commander creation time - you can swap male/female body at will, but the name is stuck.

I may be wrong, I often am.
