Ticketing system in a vacumm?

Does it work? Is anyone listening?

I opened a ticket about a trading bug on the 21st of December last year. I never got a reply. I followed it up with a couple of reminders to Frontier to ask what, if anything, was being done. Nothing.

If anyone from Frontier is reading this, can you please reply to my Ticket# 00000011678

I would suggest posting/moving this to the Support forum, but they have no real presence there either.

It would appear that they pay attention to some degree, since bugs are in fact getting fixed. They just don't bother to reply to tickets at all, even to acknowledge the issue and then close the ticket.
 
They do, Ive had some quick resolutions through the ticket system


Shout loud to get heard amongst the triage process, then be clear and concise in providing information that might help them fix the issue quickly.

Seemed to work for me. Wouldnt want to say it will every time!
