It's unfortunate that in every Challenge mode I have to unlock the jeep skin again instead of just having it available at the start of my new challenge mode. Since an achievement is tied to a feat it would be nice if this unlocked for all playthroughs so you only had to do it the one time instead of for each save file.

Would be nice if it was. You could also tie in other skins or something to achievements to actually provide and incentive to unlock them
