Time for a class action lawsuit.

They got you to buy Odyssey on pre-order then released a less than workable product, several patches later the product is still sub-par. Now the creators refuse to fix issues because "it's hard" well I want my money back and I can think of several 1000 other players whom have bought, paid for and then be let down by this product. they may not listen to a bunch of whine on the forums but I bet they will listen to an attorney. only need 100 people to start a class action.

What if you win the case and get whole Frontier bankrupt. Then they also cancel the whole Elite game?

Ohhh Wait!........

Wow, today is a good day! All that's missing is a rage quit and an open letter. :D
look I knew all the White Knights would ring their bells. But honestly if you don't do something, by this time next year you might as well have the game on console. Because you will be in the same boat with them. Unless you think NFTs will save this game? or maybe you have hopes that a rush of old players will return and everything will be fine.. or a more realistic view is FDev will continue to bleed this game and its player base for every coin it can until it's "too hard" and they shut down the whole game.. at least i'm doing something. what have you done? write a sarcastic post to the devs?

When you say class action, does this involve a specific class of law students?

I am currently studying sillyology at the University of Youis'avin Alaugh, and I'm interested in this as a minor. How many credits is this course worth, and are they transferrable between institutions?

If this is not a prescribed course however, are other student groups allowed to take part? What would be the cost of this course, and to whom do I apply to be considered for tutorship please?

I apologize in advance for all the questions, but I support these kind of courses, as I enjoy witnessing the legal proceedings from within a group who doesn't understand law.

Yours sincerely,
Captain Gigawatt What What, III.

You don't have to be a "white knight" to call out nonsense. It's a computer game.

That said, can you name the "several 1000 other players" who've been let down by the game they've bought?
Lets see about 20% of the player base that was on console, that was dumped when "we can't fix the issues for them". and a large number of the PC player base. all that is required is interest in the subject, attorneys will handle the rest. After all it's a company and is not immune to the law nor is it some god that tosses mana from the sky.. If you don't want in that's fine, enjoy star citizen in 2023

You think Star Citizen will be released in 2023?

Thinking that there are thousands of people out there willing to sign on to a lawsuit that won't have a leg to stand on is no longer the nuttiest thing I've read in here.
