TIME PLAYING ED

This maybe a real Newbie question - where do I see how many hours I have been playing E:D?

Look in the mirror, if theres 3 days worth of beard growth and tired red rimmed eyes, you've been playing too long.
If not.... then play some more

The hours played and other stats were removed when the stats page on the right info panel was created. Not sure why, other than perhaps the reason that the time played stat was never accurate in any case! ;)

Lucky for me, my wife plays WoW when I play ED, so usually I'm the 1st to switch computer off ;)

But it would be great to be able to actually see time played.

If you have Raptr that will tell you. Provided you are logged in to Raptr of course. At my last check I was 34 days, 20 hours and 18 minutes. I need 1351 more hours to be the number one player on Raptr. :D

I think it's better that you can't check your total game hours, because after checking your play time you start to rethink your life, and we don't want that, now do we?

Well I have the beard, just not the eyes. So I guess I have been playing almost-too-long? Eh, good enough for me, I need my clipper!

Its when you look at stars/constellations in the nights sky and think to yourself "i wonder how many jumps it will take to get there":)

Or look at the sky and think "I want to go home! Good old Eravate and my 3 ships are waiting for me!"

They seem very happy lately and constantly ask me to play "that astronaut game", although I already spend a considerable amount of time with it - I wonder what that means?

Uh it doesn't mean anything, they love you with all their heart and want you to stay in your room all day long without you making a sound.

I like that feeling when you step outside for the first time in ages, and it hits you how amazing everything is.
That is when I know I have been sucked into a game.
