Newcomer / Intro Time the powerplay cicle?

the powerplay say it will change cicle in 0 days, i want to know what is the time it reset?

last week i recall receiving an in game message the day before, saying when the cycle was due to end

You'll get in game notifications in the bottom of your screen (i.e. its a direct FD server announcement) flash up 30, 15, 10 5 minutes out from the tick end, and the servers going down for weekly stuff. Powers use them to co-ordinate merit drops too.
