Time to say goodbye to our beta animals :(

to be honest - sunday pm I put all the zoopedia infor that I could get into a spreadsheet last night I was playing about with building habitats what I often did was figure out how to build a Sloped exhibit in coaster and see I could do it in Zoo so I know how to use terrain -

My aim now is to manipulate to zoopedia data and figure out who to build habitats - I don't need animals for that

you MIGHT keep blueprints - not guaranteed though

Care to share your spreadsheet? I don't have time to make my own and would very much appreciate if you could help us all planing ahead our zoos a little.

Im doing some work on the spreadsheet at the moment ( I want to be able to make corrections etc)

Once Ive done that Ill share it here

Following that I'm teaching myself vlookup etc and want to do thing like compare animal A and B over 10 years in a certain world area and what is the MAXIMUM babies I could produce and how much might I make - which will allow me to figure out the best animal for what I want. I did a similar exercise with Elite that worked well to begin with but then struggled as they introduce more stuff - my Elite Database didn't wasn't expandable - Im hoping to see I have learnt that lesson by making if easy to expand and change my base Bamberpedia Once I have that I will share it happily

Lack of Beta will let me make my own Bamberpedia

I'm just happy that we helped them know what bugs to fix, and what things they need to tune before the game launches. I never really played that much of the beta, or got attached to my animals, since time just moved too fast. Hopefully this will be fixed in the main game.

my anxiety is just settling in, I am starting to realize the reality of not being able to play this game till the 5th... /cry
but on the other hand, on the 5th it will come back better and bigger with way more stuff and things and available to everyone and cheetahs. Lol.

Cheetah's will be the new popular animal. XD Meanwhile I'll be making my Nile Monitor habitat again just to watch them swim about.

Every time I read Cheetah my german brain thinks of chimpanzees. In the german translation of Tarzan, his ape was called Cheetah. So for me it's an ape name. The actual animal is gepard in german.
/random info.

I feel the beta hangover kicking in. Obviously I got less sleep in the last two weeks than I thought I got and I'm just so tired. And sad, when I think of how long it will be til novembre. And tired.

I never thought I would miss following around my Nile Monitors and watching them swim around, but I really am.
This is what I feared previously. That I grow attached to something and the month of waiting will be hell.
Fortunately with the lifespans of a fruit fly, the animals are easier to forget.

...I really hope they're going to slow the time down at least tenfold in the full game.

Actually, it's "gepard" or any phonetically similar word in most languages. It's just English that's weird, once again. :)

I released my animals to the wild. I am missing them tho, I got quite attached to some of them in particular my Galapagos Tortoise family. Im now trying to design my layout for my new zoo, in my head, so its efficient and attractive. Im thinking of a sort of flower shape with staff hub in the centre, that can be replicated for additional work zones.
