Time Waster Game Mechanism - Throttle to Zero on Menu Open

While opening the carrier manager menu, to set and check things, the throttle goes to zero although It would be a great opportunity to pass the time actively while traveling. Those who are unsure about the flight time or course can simply throttle down before opening the menu, so I'd like to declare this game mechanism as useless and anyoing.

There's a chance it's a bug. It never used to behave like this in Horizons, and it doesn't behave consistently like this for all menus currently. Worth contributing to the bug reports on it, iirc there were a few last I checked.

I can confirm my ship doesn't throttle down to zero while in SC and I access Carrier Management, so it sounds like a bug, or some weird key binding combo that is accidentally setting throttle to 0?
You should file it at issue tracker IMO.

I'm in Horizons btw.
