when u take a screenshot i find its to big to upload , is there a way to convert from bmp to jpeg

I use Paint.NET for bmp->jpg conversion.

I use GIMP for that (and other stuff) - good software.

I use GIMP with Linux, it's pretty awesome app, but on my windoze Paint.NET is much faster to fire up than GIMP's windoze version. Tho, for just format conversion on Linux, bmptoppm | ppmtojpeg pipe is hands down fastest.
