Yesterday I got an extra mission via the comms-menu:

Since it came right after a very tricky mission to get 4 Micro-Weave Cooling Hoses, which were not in my inventory after reporting back succesfully (!), I first thought this would be the place where to get them.
So I flew there

but... nothing. I even met another CMDR who had been invited/sent there as well.
On the ground I even drove to the exact position (LAT 22.87/LON -161,86). Around there were some PoI with canisters, mining fields and a data link

which gave me 4 -5 more messages about decoded encrypted stuff that contained someone telling about something hidden somewhere.
After searching around for some more hours I finally gave up, not knowing what this might be all about.
Any idea anyone?
EDIT: Please note that there are a lot of pirate and bounty hunting NPC close to the surface. Just in case you go there with a small ship.
