Horizons Tip off mission, can't find data core

I got a message in a tip off saying there was some data core that I could pickup, I believe I'm at the right coordinates but there is nothing there, no POI, nothing. Am I reading the HUD correctly? Is the top number LAT and the bottom number long? I even reversed the coordinates and there was nothing of interest there either, saying that there was a system defence force ship and an imperial cutter there but nothing on the surface. What am I doing wrong?

Use the outside camera view and look higher up. Sometimes it's a ship or small settlement that can be hard to find. The whole square 27.6800 to 27.6899 and 17.5400 to 17.5499 can be larger than you think in an SRV.

I usually hover my ship over the coordinates first and use the outside camera to look for what it is. The crashed ships can sometimes blend in a little.
