Tips on finding Bromellite please!

You should be able to find Bromellite hotspots in ice rings. If not, just hit a pristine Ice ring.
There are, unfortunately, no pristine ice rings near Ailoth. But any ice ring will do. Bromelite is pretty common, except when you're looking for it for Bill Turner.

BHOTHO AB3 B ring is where i got mine. At the inner edge of the ring.
You also need to get allied to an Alioth faction to get invite. I just ran missions for them in a nearby system where they had a presence. Do this first if you haven't already as you dont want to run around with 50t in your hold.

go to a void opal hotspot, the cores are full of bromelite...
You will only need two-three cores, searching for bromelite though... well the bromelite hotspot will prob be full of void opals knowing FDev
necro and ninja'd.... time for caffine,
although that said, rumour has it the op is still searching for Bromelite in a Bromelite hotspot, a mild case of pink eye has developed and he's living on stale weetabix defacting in the corner of his mining python long after the loos stopped flushing many months ago, a hold full of void opals but alas... his quest for Bromelite continues into a crazed vision and manic laughing echos of the cockpit walls... ooo look a core..... VOID OPALS RRRRAAAAAARRRRHHHHHHHH,, whhhhyyyyy,,, whhhyyyyy FDev, why do you troll us?

Void Opals spots!
You can be sure you find more Bromellite there than in a Bromellite spots.
There are two Bromelite hotspots about 7 LY from Ailoth in the Tiethay system. But that being said I have yet to find a Bromelite core (like most people said, i've found more at Void Opal hotspots so far).
And just to add insult to injury in this Bromelite hotspot the first core I found was a Void Opal core...
