Tips & Tricks to enjoy missions ?

Lately when I don't have a clear goal in mind, I like to do some missions for my squadron's faction. It pay some money, some mats as well, and i can try to increase its influence. Plus I have fun, flying ship I don't fly much or trying new one. I especially enjoy bounty like mission, "urgent kill" is the one I never miss. Those are easy, and I can take any ship combat-ready to get some fun.
I also do some other kind of mission;
Planetary scan job when it pays good G5 mats. This one is easy, drop by the settlement with a small ship, scan the beacon from your ship and SC away (tryed once to do it with the SRV, what's the point really ?)
Some cargo or mining ones when I feel like it, I try to buy the ore when I can tho. No real trick here except to enjoy the ship you'll do the work with.
The one I want help with in Wetwork job. I tried two lately, each time I had to kill 30 civilians. I dropped on a instance where no cops showed, and just had to kill them before they low-wake away, tanking some mines on the way. I found it really boring, even with some new ships to try. What's your tips on this one ? Do you do those kind of mission, how do you have fun doing it, which build do you use ? It pays very well, I'd hate to ignore them.

The fun way of doing them is ignoring them or watching/ listening to a pod cast or video while doing them since they take like no effort to do.

i very, very rarley do them. but if i feel inclined, i take a high DPS build - mostly full frag loadouts, so the victims have not much time to jump out.

I did a chieftain full frag for this purpose, I still have to fit a SCA in it since the hunt zones are often 10k LS or more appart and I'm able to kill only 3 or 4 before the rest flew away.

Best way to do the wet work missions is with a beluga fitted with all pack hounds and a fighter. After missiles are expended, start ramming
