Ships Tired of Mandalay for Exobio ... when will Cobra Mk5 be available to be purchased in game?

Cobra Mk V in-game availability?
Anyone know when it will be available for in-game credits? I'm surprised it's not yet bc the Mandalay has been available for a while now. Just wondering.
asp is my choice for that type of mission any planet work in fact,mandy is used as a fast run about in the bubble,cobra 5 havnt botherd with yet,ill find a use for it later.

Not sure that Frontier have mentioned availability three months after ARX4Access release for any ship other than the Python Mk II.
It seems to be more "at least three months".

While the Python Mk II's introduction was accompanied by the following statement: "However, if you cannot wait until then you can get 3-month early access to this ship on 7 May from the store for 16250 ARX." whereas in the introduction of the Type-8 the wording had already changed to "The Type-8 Update is now available for Elite Dangerous, bringing with it the brand new Type-8 ship which is available for early access via Arx!" with no mention of the duration of early access.
Yeah, they never said "3 months" for anything except the PM2. But 6 months wouldn't fit the pattern so far.

I'm only interested in exploration and exobiology .. and the Mandalay for me is just horrible due to its bad visibility and 'please let me clip the ground' wingspan/codpiece ... but the jump range is fantastic.
Cobra 5 is the only ship I've seen with good cockpit visibility and functional jump range for exobio... so I guess until its available in game I won't be playing at all.

View down in the phantom is rather poor .. plus Cobra is a small ship and has much better down visibility (footwell) and that alone is why I want it for exobiology. Thanks for the suggestion though!

Regards exobio in the Mandalay, I don't like the horizontal bar across the windscreen, and now much prefer the Mk5 myself.
