Titanwolf Vulture Joystick

Hello all,

I bought the Titanwolf VULTURE joystick for Elite, but now I have the problem that when I configure my bindings, they always reset completely. So I have to constantly reconfigure every button when I set them up bit by bit (testing in the meantime).

Is this normal or is the joystick not really recommended for Elite?

I only see the following under the predefined settings:

• Keyboard without mouse
• Empty
• General Joystick
• Keyboard and mouse
• Keyboard and mouse (yaw)
• User defined

Maybe someone can help me?

That looks like a rebadged Cobra M5 - I was going to say that you could see if any of the published bindings on EDRefCard for the M5 are any help - but it looks like there aren't any.

So if you select general joystick, make changes to the assignments and click "apply" - the game writes your bindings as "custom" in the options / bindings folder here:

%LOCALAPPDATA%\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous\Options\Bindings

So you should see "custom" in the drop down list now.

There is a pinned (sticky) thread at the top of this sub-forum to tell you how to rename your bindings file so as it never gets wiped by the game (only "custom" suffers from this).

If your changes are not being saved, check that the above is not read only.
