That happened to me, I was unaware of this restriction yet I decided not to name him just so I wouldn't be encouraging every newcomer to ping him and ask for help. So in those cases, you might be doing the CMDR more of a disservice than you might think.

Agree. Coms need major upgrade and system wide chat in stations aswell as EliteMail ( its what Email stands for afterall ).. We also need a way to transfer credits between players, i couldve just sent him an email and credits np. Alot of work in the social tools DEVS please....

Credit trasnfer has to be in the works... specially since they're supposed to be working on the "wings" expansion.
