to CMDR Malatar sorry

you just have to know how to do the Comms Dance...
Here's the steps:
1. Press '2' - This activates your Communication Control
2. using your computer console 'up' & 'down' keys (most people have this mapped to 'W' and 'S') highlight the CMDR you want to chat to.
3. press 'Spacebar' to select the CMDR you wish to chat to.
4. You will have many options from here, Text Comms, Voice Comms, etc. Select the one of your choice using the same up/down/selection controls as in steps 2 & 3.
5. Type out your message and press "Enter" ("Return") (or wait for them to answer your voice hail)
Simple as that.
Just don't overshoot your supercruise target... I do that all the time because 90% of the comms I receive is when I'm traveling in supercruise, and I'm busy type type typing away. (This is why Voice Comms is so much better. But I understand most people are nervous or shy when talking to strangers.)
