To the game designers at FDev:
After the disabling of the passenger distance multiplier and skimmer mission, the community has been kind of...how do you say... annoyed? I feel like a lot of the vitriol can be quelled (at least slightly) by a little bit more clarity in a few aspects of your philosophy when it comes to money-making. So I have a few questions to ask and it would be greatly appreciated if you could take the time to answer some of them.
1. What exactly do you consider to be a reasonable cr/h for a player with 100% reputation with a faction?
Obviously, making 400m an hour on skimmer missions alone is over the top. But what is considered to be the proper cr/h? Or to rephrase it, how many hours should it take from a person just starting to get a conda?
2. How is the cr/target in massacre missions calculated?
For example https://www.reddit.com/r/EliteDange..._winging_up_is_59m_cr_reasonable_payment_for/ this mission pays about 43,890cr per target killed, but another commander noted that a 50 pirate kill mission nets him about 17 mil. or 340,000 per target killed. So is the equation divided by 4 when in a wing? Even if the wing is less than 4?
and finally: When it comes to balancing skimmer missions, do you plan on changing payouts or changing the properties of skimmers?
I ask this final question because we have no clue if you have a problem with the payout itself or the rate in which the payout occurs. So do you keep the skimmers the same and nerf the pay or do you make skimmers spawn only in the srv as to slow down the rate of which the money is paid?
