Why Iorant gm-l c21-0? It was the furthers system I managed to get to – 65138 LY from Sol
But - from beginning.
Before Christmas last year I set off for Sagittarius A*. On the 30th December my game got stuck on loading screen until 6th January when someone fixed it... for a day when this happened again. I raised a ticket and I received this message.
So I stared again from Sol on the 7th and 3 days later I reached Saggittarius A* - my goal.
I shared my achievement on Facebook page of First Great Expedition and I got carried on. Looked other side of Milky Way and I started the grind again. It was quite easy until the last few thousand of light years – empty space between Scutum- Centaurus and Carina – Sagittarius arm where stars were so thin I had to plan 140 LY ahead my path in order to not to got stuck in a blind alley. Then few days later after taking multiple approaches and carefully studding the stars I reached it on night 19-20th. Below how Milky Way looks like from there. Very thin and very, very far
I started tactical come back but I really didn’t want to come back the same way. So quick look at the map and I decided to come back via Carina – Sagittarius arm until I reached on the 6th Cat’s Paw nebula and the same day Sol. Now I sit in Deadalus guts trying to sell my data. So far 9033 systems visited - I really don’t know how much of those are from this trip. I know it's only a game but - in any games I never felt so lonely and far away.
I estimate I made around 170000LY from 07/01/2015 to 06/02/2015 and my rocket was damaged on 22%. If I made mistake in my estimations - apologise.
This how looked like my whole trip (terribly sorry for this quick photoshop job):
