‌To Power Play Factions in FIANNA:

【Translated version】

Power Play players are currently expanding in my colony galaxy FIANNA.

I don't care about the gameplay of Power Play, and I don't want to interfere with your expansion plan. However, illegal activities within your galaxy have caused it to enter a lockdown state.

I am unable to view the specific content of the product market or proceed with the next colony planning.

I would like to ask power play players to complete the occupation as soon as possible and restore the normal state of the galaxy.

Lockdown is something which very new colonies are extremely vulnerable to, even without Powerplay activities - especially if your initial construction reduces the system security level.

You can fix this by building additional constructions which increase the system security level - generally the various Military buildings.

Surface military settlements are the most material-efficient way to do this, but as you only have one landable planet, you might find that a Relay Installation (+1 security) followed by a Security Installation (+8 security) is a better use of the space you have available. Or, if you're really short on space, a Government Installation (+2 security) could also work if you then avoided building anything else which decreased security again. The Government Installation would also improve your system's Development Level (+2) and Standard of Living (+6), making the Famine easier to fix too.

Once you've increased the system security level slightly, you may need to do some bounty hunting to clear the Lockdown up - or it may be that people trying to Acquire the system in Powerplay do that bit for you. But while you have a negative security rating Lockdown is almost inevitable.

Thank you for your reply. I have a control group at the edge of the bubble, where there are almost no problems and everything is developing calmly. Fianna's crime report and data on the power play panel confirm the massive amount of criminal activity here, while the navigation report on Inara also proves that someone is conducting activities here, so I can only assume that the power play activities here have greatly affected lockdown

They probably won't be helping - a crime report without a correspondingly large bounty report suggests that people are bounty hunting for Powerplay, but not cashing in the vouchers locally where they might increase security - but a more stabilised system would be less vulnerable to them.
