To the FDev-Team: Player generated CG still possible?

I remember that FDev once offered the possibility to construct our own CG. A concept was to be submitted to the FDev team, who would then decide on it.
Does this possibility still exist? Where should it be submitted?
I would be very pleased to receive an answer from the FDev team! All the best for 2024!

In 2020 when they restarted CGs after a year or so of a break, they said that player-submitted ones wouldn't be forming part of that, and the various forms were taken down. I can't find the quote for this now - would be around September 2020.

At the time, of course, they were putting out a CG (or some other event) weekly anyway, so there wouldn't have been space for them, but they haven't put the forms back since that's slowed down.

Reading some ancient history posts, and yours here.. I feel like the 'local CG' concept would have been a rockstar, player group driven organizational process to endow squadrons/communities an in-game means of rallying and coordinating regional AX defense efforts.
