Bath is a very nice place. Although if you took a bath in the Roman bath you would probably get arrested.

Once you've been to shower a few times, spent 10 quid on parking, dodged the endless tourists, ate at the tourist restaurants, your glad to be back at a proper city like Bristol.
I will give the old green tree and the star as an honourable mention as great pubs. Pity they are not in Bristol.
