To the guy the in Python near Adeo recently

I'm not giving cargo to any scum pirates! That is why PvE groups are much better.

We are no pirates - we take once 10% from Type6 and bigger and grant cover and free trade. A small difference. ;-) PvE-Groups are boring.

Yep good tip.

But... what happens if suddenly the thrusters stop dead... ?

Suddenly you turn friendly diplomatic everything is cool :)

Sadly the NPCs are not so cool are humans are. We at least communicate and can reach an agreement. NPCs will simply shoot you to death or stay off if you leave some cargo behind sometimes.

Exactly!!!! I don't shoot, when I get a nice answer.
And a Cobra guy yesterday told me, I can't catch a Cobra... hmh... he had the wrong energy-coupling. Finally he dropped 8to of rares and everything was fine.

Been hit to many times, when the npc say its ok just want to talk, then the deploy and fire.

With my nav data, I don't risk it.

I have a good evasion technique and it has worked well in the past and hopefully will in the future.

If the thrusters go, they go. Not much I can do about that.

Guess so.

Just asking, because it is my main sub target selection. Works mildly successful ( like 1 out of 12 ) on NPCs but have yet to make it work on a player :)

But away from smuggling and piracy for a while, only combat and bounty at the moment.

Fly safe.

Oh come on!
Are you really gonna loose your ship and all your cargo when you could have lost a little of your cargo and not lose your ship?!
What's wrong with your common sense man?

Just because you "say" you're not going to kill someone after they give you cargo, doesn't mean you won't kill them. The fact that you're being a space-jerk in the first place means that you can't be trusted. The only thing you should expect is for people to want to leave.

It is another profession in Elite, is just as valid as any other and has nothing to do with being a "space-jerk".

I'm a trader and i find this way of thinking really silly, without pirates the game would be very boring indeed. Play solo if you want to but never complain about pirates in open!

Next time get gimballed rabbits in your cargo, jettison them when Python arrives !

RUN AWAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!!

WHAT !? So no one role plays pirates !?

Oh c'mon...

Its a bit hard to pirate against players in PvE groups. I mean, what are you going to do? PvP is forbidden so, you interdict them and what? "Erm, excuse me dear fellow, would you be so kind as to drop some cargo for me? Otherwise i shall have to hurl insults your way until you do." :D

Tangled with 2 Pythons tonight. the first one kicked my ASP inflicting 88% damage before I jumped out, The second one took a 25% toll before the 9 missles took their's and blew him away. Probably both NPC's, but who cares...

I think I meet this one in Lave!

Are you the CMDR with the Clipper who crashed my ASP to heavy damage? Or are you the one with the funny nickname, flying a Cobra?

EDIT: Ah, sorry, I saw your nick in your signature yet. I don't think we met. And I did'nt fly my Python to Lave.

And the job of the pirate is to cause grief to people who are hauling goods around. So why shouldn't the people who are hauling make things tough for the pirates?

You 're right. But the haulers should know, when they have a Chance to escape... and when it's better to stay kind and drop some cargo. Risking all is bad decision.
