TO: Whomever changed the colours on the Galaxy map for Factions...

...You owe me 18600 cr. that is the fine I got for going to a red system, thinking it was Empire, and turned out to be Federation - which I discovered when I got scanned with Onionhead in my hold. The first time I didn't bother hot dock in ages - only to see "illicit cargo" in the bottom right hand corner when I heard "scan detected". Except, it was too late by then...

So, I will hunt you down. I will find you. I will corner you. I will then buy you beers and get you drunk so you will spill the secrets of what's in store for the game, and I'll forget why I hunted you down in the first place...

Z...

I thought it was because empire ships will be shooting blue lasers someday...

...but yeah I'm also curios as to why and why now.

This color switch has to be some sort of mistake. I'm hoping they will fix it. It's hardly the most pressing issue but still, it is curiously irritating.

This was in fact not a mistake and was because they are trying to make it correspond with the colors of the stations and branding on the authority/navy ships. Patch notes say it in fact.

- Economy type colours now align with commodity colours, and the faction colours align with the branding we use for them in the galaxy map
