It's working...can't for the life of me get it working in ED....or any game for that matter. I'm sure I'm missing some keybinding thing...n00b mistake.

If anyone can help (I've watched every vid I can so far) It's doing my nut in

It should basically work out of the box. Make sure you have the latest updates. Especially the game utility. The previous versions lost ED hotkeys regularly.

You need the gamehub running.

Got all that...the problem isn't with the 4c as far as I can make out...turned the gazefollow thing on and it zips around the cockpit just fine....but no movement. I suspect it's a newbie setting in my keybindings for headlook. Do I need mouselook on?...it just won't register in the game at all.

I don't actually remember doing anything specific in the game options.

But whenever the game isn't registering it I simply restart the gamehub.

I've been at it all day now...near drop kicking something [haha]
So far it has worked with absolutely zero of my games supported...the 4c tests ok, so there's something I'm doing or not doing that's the issue. It picked up ED and the others fine but just won't register in the game.

edit: I threatened to choke it a bit...works now. Absolutely no idea what was up with it [where is it]

Make sure you don't have conflicting key binds in game for the Tobii controls. Try alt-tabbing to the gamehub software, set the keybinds again and then go back into the game.

Don't know if it helps, but apparently the lighting level (brightness) in the room affects the Tobii 4C. I could be flying in ED all fine, then the screen just suddenly jumps about for no reason. My head hasn't moved, my eyes haven't looked anywhere else.

Then it will settle down on its own after 1 or 2 seconds.

The only explanation I can offer is probably the lighting levels in the room changed and Tobii lost track - the same way it loses tracking when I put my hand up to scratch an itch on my cheek (nowhere near the eyes).
