So, I recently purchased one of these, not specifically for ED- but also with other games in mind in lieu of VR advancement.
I'm not dropping upwards of $500+ on a VR system that's going to inevitably become obsolete within a year, Pimax and others have shown tremendous improvements in the VR arena and I'm expecting that the next-gen of headsets will be much more capable than what we currently have available.
Is there any plans for FD to improve the ability for ED to fully utilize eye-tracking outside of assignment as a "joystick" for headlook, etc. or is it just a pipedream to even request such improvements?
As for those who use it... I'm having some issues with jerkiness etc. and playing with curves and sliders really hasn't helped much. I'm willing to try some other settings if anyone has them available. (I've searched the forums and tried some, but it hasn't improved much) I don't wear glasses, I don't have a beard (if I did I'd have bigger concerns than getting this to work with ED) and I'm actually very adept with eye control... so I'm at a loss as to what the issue might be. Oh, and I get at least 60+ FPS with my GPU/monitor so it's not that, either. (Radeon RX480 @ 1080p) After calibrating it numerous times, I went into other games and they apparently work just fine- no jerky random movements.
Any suggestions? (aside from "get a VR solution", that is)
