I got back from a trip and updated my Tobii Eyes software to the latest version (2.5) and it quit working (it still works with Windows Hello but the lights stay off after booting to the desktop) Anyone else have that problem? I am working with Tech Support on this so I am just curious here.

See if your USB3 port needs an driver update. Fixed the issue I had today after updating mine.
I did check that but it doesn't seem to need one...
Rolled the software back to 2.4 and it works fine...
