Tobii Eyex Trouble. Not tracking in elite

Well needed clean install on my windows 10. everything it up to date in drivers and all. Having problem with my eye tracker not working in elite. it works with all my eye tracking game. never had this problem with the eye tracker before the clean wipe of windows.
