Tod bounty requirements, clarification please

1). To unlock Tod, can the bounties be from any faction ?.

2). Earn more than 15 bounty vouchers. (Does that mean I don't hand the bounties in at point of origin ?).

3). Provide 100,000 credits worth of bounty vouchers. (I have no idea what that means, what's the difference between Earn and Provide ?). Earn and Provide = I kill someone and keep the voucher for Tod ?.

There are 2 steps: Invitation and Unlock.

To get Todd's attention you have to earn 15 bounties. Shoot down (and possibly claim) 15 ships with bounties. This opens the second step. You are now invited to visit his base and at his base in the engineering section of station services you will be asked to donate 100K of bounty vouchers directly to Todd. I can't remember if they specifically had to be Alliance vouchers or if any will do (it's been too long).

I would also like to see an answer to this.

I have plenty of kills to get the invite but just now decided to start saving the vouchers to unlock Tod. I got a bounty for a kill last night but it does not show up anywhere in a stat page or anywhere else I have looked (I assume I will need to venture back to the system iirc where it is and see if it shows up there in the base Contact page).
I have not cashed it in. Is there a place to see how much I've accumulated?

Some clarification would be appreciated.

EDIT: I went back to the system I got the kill in and my bounty voucher shows up. I did not cash it in. So how do I keep up with how much I accumulate? Pen and pencil?

All your bounty vouchers are in your transactions panel. Sure there's no total but you can make so much so easily that nobody bothers to keep an exact count.

99% sure the bounties to unlock Todd (100K) can be from anywhere. I unlocked him some time ago, but I don't recall having to farm bounties in Alliance territory to access him.

Your accumulated bounties will show up under the Transactions section of the left-hand panel (give it 3-4 seconds to update when you first access it, and they will always be below current missions).

The 100k bounties MUST be Alliance. I think the base unlock is just any bounties. He might accept local bounties as well, according to some forum posts, but I'd just go BH in Alliance systems and pop on over. It's only one big guy, really.
