Newcomer / Intro Tod McQuinn bounty voucher?

So i have had many vouchers i turned in, but still not showing progress towards Tods 100k. Do i need to turn that in someplace specific? His place? Dont understand where to turn em in, and it does not really say where either other then turn in/donate 100k bounty!

You need to turn them in to McQuinn in the engineering screen at Trophy Camp, not to the local security office.

Also, don't go to trophy camp until you have turned in 15 vouchers elsewhere and gotten the invitation ... Engineers can be pretty hostile unless you have been explicitly invited.

Very true - but you can also refer to the Engineer details on INARA which shows the relevant info for every engineer and it is worth noting that for each one the "unlock" info refers to providing that requirement to the engineer themselves.
