Yeah I think so, I have HCS Voice Pack and voice attack, and can say it is properly flawed and a waste of money, they also doubled the price of packs since I last got one. Trying to get the darn program to work the way you want it is a nightmare, and their 'customer service' is non-existent, willing to bet my message I sent over two years ago still has not got a response
I'd much rather FDev add the voices to the main game instead, guest voices would actually elevate the game in both player interest and marketing point of view. A Brent Spiner COVAS would be pretty awesome!
Yes the Tom Baker one is part of HCS - which is supposed to be voice attack. But it has a lot of complains.
I would love to see more Covas transferred to ED, Orion, Vegas etc .
