I wanted to submit a bug report. The forum directs me to a Frontier website.
It needs THREE logins to get there.
First, the Frontier account login, that I've not used in a long time.
Second, a Customer Login.
Third, an Issues Tracker Login.
Has FD not heard of single sign ons? What was wrong with using this forum to report bugs? Back in the original pre-launch days I recall using the website for bug reporting in the beta testing. Have we gone back to that process now?
And why does it require me to login in THREE times to reach that tickets page?
