The last days I spent with "testing" and "massproduction" a good deal.
Something I noticed: In sandbox you can turn off messages (in theory at least). In fact you get messages nevertheless about animals going to be pregnant, being pregnant, getting youngs, youngs shortly growing up, youngs grown up, animals been brought out of the zoo and animals doing incest. Oh my! In fact I had to run the game with my now empty zoo (all animals either in storage or sold) overnight to get rid of all those annoying messages about "news" 12 hours before. It seems the game puts this messages into a storage-queue and puts them out from there, regardless if the animal giving birth (or whatever) has been sold/left the zoo hours ago. This is quite annoying and slows down the game.
Why is it not possible to turn off this messages in sandbox?
