Too many missions

I'm trying to take some missions from Bulychev Hub, but each time i accept one, the dialogue box pops up saying I have too many missions, though I don't have a single one in my transactions. Am I missing something? I tried logging and leaving the station, but still the same.

Head to support mate and see if you can get it sorted out.
Its not something I have ever come across in game.
Not sure how quickly support responds either.

There's been a couple of other instances of it I found on Google, but no mention of how it was solved.

Fixed by doing the validate game files thing. It seemed to do a fair sized update.

No it's not. i now have a limit of one mission!

I had a reply from support. they can see active missions in my account, but I can't. I haven't done any missions for a long time, so I have no idea where they came from unless the ones that I've recently been refused are going in even though I get the two many missions pop-up and I can't see them.

Ask to the support to delete these "invisible" missions ?
