This has been occasionally happening since 2.1. It is happening when I exit system map, then in a few seconds it returns to normal colors. Not sure if it's my rig or the game, anyone else?
Yeah, I've seen something similar on my laptop. Actually it wasn't as bad as your image - but I had the green on the supports of the windows. Likewise it went back to normal after a couple of seconds - also happened after exiting the system map.
