Tool question : there was a Utility that could build an Import file (to populate Visited Stars) based on analyzing Netlogs and Journals ?

I remember using this Tool once a very long time ago, which built mentioned Import File that the Client would (a tad slowly) import to add to VisitedStars of the Client.

Now I find myself often flying on the outstanding VisitedStarsCache File (EDSM dump) - but I'd still want to import all Systems I've visited into my original, personal VisitedStarsCache.

How is this best done?
I don't remember the old Tool (or Website?) that allowed to do it or what the currently best way would be.
