Top 3 of functional upgrades for a new sequel

Hi there,
for a maybe comming (we know that "nothing to announce" thing) new sequel, please write down your top 3 of functional uprades you want at most. No rides, scenery, licences requests...
I know we all shared a lot of thoughts before, but we could adress it here again to show them the most relevant things to implement.

I'll start...
1. Make all grids snappable to each other (path, rides, buildings)
2. New tool for paths (paint paths and plazas easily)
3. Upgrade the ride stations (simultaneously load/unload; allow curved stations; allow round rotating platforms for log flumes, rafting and other water rides)
 
Off the top of my head:

Diversity for non-vendor staff -- there's no good reason why janitors, mechanics, and security guards are all white men.

The ability to send staff on break when you want them to go -- doesn't have to be a special control, I'd be happy to be able to grab vendors out of their shops and drop them into staff buildings (and vice versa).

The "you control EVERYTHING" Scenario Editor we were promised in November 2017 -- we still can't set the base price of items, or set specific items to cost money for removal. We still can't directly adjust Prestige. We can't even turn pigeons off (they're lovely, but still) for alien parks, and all the park skirts have trees we can't remove.
