I think it is broke.

I have a bounty in a system higher than the rest and I still can't get on the bounty board.

Still shows on LP 30-55 with 35 million and change.
Maybe he just hasn't been there before?

LOL - Yes - they tried to fix it and now it's broke worse than before...

I have noticed a few systems over the past few weeks with different bounties on, but most were like this.
i.e not worth the ammo.

Might be fun to hunt them down just for the experience though, every clipper I meet boosts away like a boss.

Alrai is alliance if I remember it right, so old Fed bounties wouldn't show up there even if the station is owned by a Fed faction.
