Top 5 system bounties - are they bugged?

I've had a 1000000cr+ bounty on my head in a particular system for over a week now, yet I don't show up in the top 5 bounties (all but one of which are lower than mine). Is this feature bugged? How long have others had to wait before they show up in it?

It's supposed to be updated daily, but it's been bugged since 1.3 came out. Go to any federal system. Their bounty boards will all be the same, although they should be different since 1.3 because bounties are now restricted to a per minor faction basis.

Awww and there I was thinking to myself I could start hunting the top bounties to make some credits.

Sigh* 1.3 certainly played havoc with a lot of the base features of the game...hoping they fix it with the next patch!
