Top of the Galaxy curiosities - what are these?

Quemeou YE-A e0 (Altum Sagittarii Prime) - highest point anyone's reached in the Galaxy approximately 2800ly above Sagittarius A*.
Weird flying into complete blackness.
There are a few curious things I wondered if anyone knew about. Top red square appears to be another star even higher in the galaxy, but I cannot find it on the Galaxy map. If it is there, maybe not even a Fleet Carrier can reach it?
The two other marked features look like their own mini galaxies and I've been trying to figure out where they are on the Galaxy Map before, and wondered if there was anything there worth a visit.

The middle one is the Andromeda Galaxy, the other is the triangulum galaxy if my memory serves me..

If you wheel around, you'll also spot the Large Magellanic cloud and the Small Magellanic cloud and a few other galaxies - these are always visible and painted onto the sky box. None of them are accessible as far as anyone knows.

The image of Andromeda Galaxy is rather odd, H-Alpha with a slighly amateurish look to it. There was some speculation that it was DB's own astrophotography..

There are a surprising number of extragalactic objects on the skybox. If you're not sure whether an object is another star, go to the Galaxy Map and filter out all the stars and look around. Not all of the extragalactic objects have been identified (a very strong blue point-like object in particular).

There are people who have been much farther than +/- 2800 LY outside the Galactic Plane without Fleet Carriers. I don't know what the current records are, as a couple of one-way trips have pushed the boundaries. Personally I've managed over 3000 LY both above and below and not at exactly Sgr A*. I think the limits might be nearer 5000 LY.
