On a whim yesterday I decided to visit Empire Space and look for systems in Outbreak because I needed Pharmaceutical Isolators and Imperial Shielding. At 10,000 LS from TORESIT A I found 2 High Grade USS in 10 minutes and the first had 9 (3 x 3) Pharmaceutical Isolators and the other one had 15 (5 x 3) Imperial Shielding in them. Just a heads up if you need these materials.
