In a daring display of tactical genius Archon Delaine deployed the Mictlan flagship as a ruse, while his trusted Raiders of Tortuga struck a decisive blow against Arissa Lavigny-Duval’s Empire this cycle. As her commanders wasted laser batteries chasing shadows in a meaningless skirmish against the Kumo Council, and Her Highness herself was rumored to be otherwise “entangled” with her mysterious paramour Crudler, the real battle raged where it hurt.
While the Empire’s eyes were on medals and melodrama, ten systems quietly slipped from their grip.
